Just recently I had done a video on the Cobra 138XLR when I saw a Facebook ad for a Cobra 139XLR – the base equivalent of the mobile radio. I drove 1.5 hours to go take a look at this beautiful radio and sure enough the ad was correct and the radio was in very nice condition.
I brought it home and put together this fun overview. How exciting to be able to review two matching radios (mobile/base) back to back.
