President Washington AM FM SSB 10 Meter Export Radio

When President launched its newest flagship export radio we weren’t sure if “Washington” was the right name as the original base station Washington was quite different and an all-time favorite of many CB radio fans. However, as it turns out, this new radio is pretty cool and so perhaps it’s fitting that it has been given such an iconic name.

While it looks much like the President George FCC, this radio has more power, more frequency coverage, more features, and just more fun 🙂 I’ve had a couple of people see it and compare it to the Uniden 980 and that really needs to stop – this radio is in a completely different class and is unlike the 980 in just about every way possible aside from a slight resemblance of the front design.
